Wing Chun is a close quarter fighting system perfect for self defence, fitness, awareness and control. The class is taught in a traditional/modern way combining the theories of Wing Chun and related Kung Fu styles in a modern unique way.

Ip Man and Bruce Lee training Chi Sau
Ip Man was a very famous teacher of Wing Chun in Foshan, Southern China, he moved to Hong Kong and continued to teach many disciples until his death in 1972, including the famous actor and martial artist Bruce Lee.
