Kick Boxing

Kickboxing is a competition sport, but for those who are not interested in competition, it is an ideal discipline for keeping fit, toning your body and relieving stress.You will also gain confidence and learn techniques to defend youself.

Classes are suitable for men, women and children.

  • Training consists of - 
  • Bag work and the use of all training equipment
  • Cardiovascular, flexibility and strength exercises
  • Punching, kicking drills and two person training
  • Sparring, always light and controlled

Wugong Academy -

Teaches all aspects of fighting, sparring and competition work, giving students a wide range of skills and experiences in the different syles of kickboxing.

Light contact - Controlled light sparring, with the most hits and skill winning

Semi contact - Points scoring, person with the higher points winning

Full contact - Training emphasis is on power, strength & fitness, boxing style scoring

Sanshou - Traditional Chinese kickboxing with throws and takedowns

    Beginners Kickboxing 7.00 - 8.00pm

    Tuesday - Ramsgate Leisure Centre, High Street, Ramsgate

    Kickboxing - all levels 6.30 - 7.30pm

    Thursday - HQ, Bekesbourne Lane, Canterbury, CT3 1XH

    Beginners Kickboxing 7.00 - 8.00pm
